STREETKARNAGE X FREEWORKS 2ND MEET

On Saturday we had our colab meet with Freeworks.. we have kept these meets private and invite only and so far has worked out just like we have planned!! Keeping the numbers small, keeps the car quality high and makes the atmosphere of the meets very relaxed and chilled.. plus gives most people the time to chat to everybody... well still hard to say hi and have a chat to everyone.. but hundred times easier then say a JDMST meet!

With one successful meet under our belt we come into this one a lot more prepared and organised and we wanted to add a few more things to the meet that we missed out on last time! One of those things was including a BBQ into number 2 too bring the chilled vibe that the first meet oozed!! We new that any car park that had BBQ area would be insanely busy on a perfect day on a weekend.. so went on the hunt for an excluded car park in between brissy and the goldy, and we brought along our own BBQ to supply the whole meet a snag or two!!

Hughesy had the job of being the man with the tongs.. and cooked up the sausages for everybody..!! Next one we will defiantly have an option for the vegetarians of the meet.. didn't even think about it for this one, sorry!

Was stoked to see the Chris Pang atteneded in the lamer S15.. This would easily be my favourite S15 around... and its always great to get the pleasure to droll over it in person!!! haha

First time Alex's golf had been seen out with its freshly colour-coded body, done by a good friend of the blog, Flynn Dowling.. If your around the Brisbane area and would like anything painted from wheels to bumpers to full cars.. Email us and we can put you onto him!

I will most likely will get in trouble for posting this shot of Lauren.. she always looks away from the camera when someone is taking a photo.. but I got a sneaky one that she had no idea about!! haha

This is John aka Johnzoku aka John Dollisson the man behind AusZoku.. This was the first time I had officially met John.. damn cool dude and that MO is just straight up fucking RAD!!!

PRE HARDTUNED MEET

Over the Easter break we headed up to the hardtuned meet in Brisbane, it was actually held in the same place as one of the previous JDMST meets.

Alex drove us up in his XR6... that he chucked his BBS RS on for some lol's

This old merc was at the bowser next to us at the pre meet.. layed out on polished original Benz hubcaps, pretty damn gangster is you ask me!
wicked P plater AE86, its always good to see this out... its nearly at every meet lately.

I love this 80.. stock aero plus a front lip and slammed on CST Hype Zero's (My favorite wheel)

APRIL JDMST MEET

Last night was the monthly JDMST meet this time held on the southside of Brisbane.. which was good for us GC guys having it a little closer!!


Night started of great with Josh and myself arriving early to pick up Alex and then even arriving early to the pre-meet... This doesn't happen much for some reason, haha.. we are always rushing to get to them haha.

After pulling off the highway at Springwood, Josh had some car trouble with his new 240 at the entrance to the carpark! He ended up getting it going and got it into the carpark... unfortunately not the one that the meet was held in! :(

This was the HAWK's first JDMST meet.. so know it isn't JDM at all, I parked it down the back! haha

This has been my favourite 34 4 Door of all time.. It has gone through a few people since the boys at JDM GARAGE imported it and built it!! some people may know it from Speedhunters!
By far my favourite car of the night.. BN Kit all round with the skirt draggin... cant get much more gangster then that!!

This civic grabbed my eye.. very simple and well done!!

This doing key bangers on the highway was awesome!!

Well that's it, I didn't get to many due to the weather, and I only really got photo's of the cars that I haven't posted before!

was a great night with a good amount of cars and good people, cant wait for the next one!!

EUROMEET 4

Last Friday night was the 4th Euro meet held in Brisbane, I attended in the newly completed 240 that I have been building over the last month!

Friday was a very busy day for myself... most the day was spent trying to finish the car off before the 5 o'clock deadline I had to meet the pre-meet at Coomera service center!

Pleasantly to my surprise I got it all finished (I really thought I wouldn't) haha

Here are Josh's 240 and my new daily, parked up at the meet.

It was a great meet, bringing a good variety of cars.

Unfortunately I didn't get as many photos as I hoped.. mainly cause I was walking around looking and talking haha so that's my bad!

By far my favourite car off the night!! I have seen so many images of the amazingly clean HAHAA Golf... but for me this was the first time to see it, I was told by a few people that it doesn't get out to much!

Also finding out the very sad and amazing story behind the car!

So overall the meet was incredible, not as big as some I have been too.. but defiantly a great vibe all round on the night!

EURO MEET

This Friday night will be the 4th Euro meet, organised by the peeps over at vwwatercooled.

I'll be attending in my Volvo 240 Sedan that I have been building any my friend Josh in his Volvo 240 as well.
