FLASHBACK FRIDAY | ALEX HUSTON'S MK5

Way overdue but thought it would be a good time to post up Alex's old Mk5 from one of its stages of wheels... I did mentioned that we kind of lost track of the amount of wheels Alex had on the golf in the last feature we did of it.... Can view the last feature HERE!

This was last year some time, Alex tried to pull off a race style wheel but with crazy on point fitment... something he had never seen done before with these wheels and well XD9s on a mk5 golf in general.

Personaly I think he pulled it off amazingly, and for me it was the first time seeing fitment like this in person... shit was crazy! haha
I think at this stage there was only Chookie's BO55GS fitted like this.

At this stage nothing body wise had changed from the last feature we did on it this was before Alex had removed the tint.

BUT DAMN IT LOOKED RAD ROLLING!

So this feature is just a flash back, a time in the past where Alex had a new set of wheels on the golf, and pulling of some of the most epic fitment I have seen in person!

So lets take a closer look at those wheels....

18x9 and 18x10 Work Emotion XD-9s with 215/35 stretched hard over both front and rear! With so much stretch on the rear let Alex drop the guard right between the rear tyres and guard.

This is a rare shot of the man behind the golf... Alex!

The car has now been sold on to a new owner and living down in RADelaide!

Big thanks to our bro Josh Dobrik for the shots, sorry it took so long to get them up on the net. hahaha

Thanks, Streetkarnage.

SECRETMEET | SECOND EDITION | PART TWO

Part Two from the Secretmeet!

As I left it the other day, we got back to the Shed with an extra few cars that we seen on the way. Everybody parked up and we discussed what we planned to do, shortly after a police car pulled into our shed carpark and decided to go over everybody's cars...... Lucky for us all, no defects and no fines were handed out and the police ended up going on their way.

This was about 2 hours later though, so the BBQ was pulled out and snags got cooked at the shed.

Two fucking rad 33s... the Gilty plates you would remember from all of Rob's 1 million rad cars he has had! haha

Nelson's e46 rocking his new BBS LMs

The RYDES s15, looking stupid cool with it's new kit!

More coming up soon.

Thanks, Streetkarnage.

SECRETMEET | SECOND EDITION | PART ONE

Due to epic slack and a massive back-log of photos due to so many events lately, and also working on the cars. I have finally finished this post ha-ha!

So here is PART ONE of our second Secret Meet!

Day started out well... I was doing some finishing touches to the wagon at the Shed while a heap of bro's started rocking up... was all smiles at this stage!

Alex's Mk5 sitting on point with his brand new XD9s (which are now for sale). Have a full feature coming up on this next week!

Jackson came down for Toowoomba in his RX3, during the journey down his dump pipe cracked nearly all the way through. Running a little late for the meet, we ended up hitting the road about 3pm... to only get around the corner to see that Jayrad had been pulled over by the police. We found out later he copped a fine for being too low.

We all quickly turned around and headed back to the Shed.....

TO BE CONTINUED!

Thanks, Streetkarnage.

HARDTUNED ROBINA MEET - PART TWO

Part Two of the small amount of photos I got at the Hardtuned Meet on Sunday, haha, Enjoy!

I have been looking forward to seeing this car for a while now... I have seen many updates of the fresh set of Forge Wheels its now running!!

Aerron had his R34 Sedan out and about, ridding on his new set of 18x10 xd9s... possibly the hottest wheel ever made.. Just putting that out there!

Last but not least, another car I have really been looking forward to seeing in person... Tony's recently finished RWD Forester. It has just had a huge amount of work done to it and in ridiculous time! Aerron should be shooting this very soon, so plenty more photos and information to come on this weapon!

Thanks, Streetkarnage.
