Stadium Drift | QR

Got the chance to get the weekend off and head to QR with the JDM/GC Crew! Arriving at 7am at Coomera BP to depart at 7.30 am. The cruise to QR began.

After driving through the front gates at QR (Queensland Raceway) we were greeted with the smell of rubber.

Nothing beats a day filled with drifting, imports, and other track events.

Daniel Buchner rocking out the 33. I love the style of this thing, by far the best paint on a drift car I have seen!

Levi Clarke getting the Soarer sideways!

Plenty of pit stops were needed for changing over tyres.

Dylan Anderson from NizzPro in the 33.4, unfortunately the car was T-boned later in the day, but thankfully nothing major.

DRIFT!

People who entered the show and shine were allowed to have a cruise session on the track, which quite quickly changed into a sprint session haha.

Will kicking it in the Legnum ready to go on track!

SNOODLE THE SILVIA

Its always easy on the eyes when you come across a nicely styled S-Chassis, especially one like this. Mercedes purchased her pride and joy 1 year ago in hope to build it into her picture perfect S15.

Starting off with exterior, she began her hunt for a set of Racing Logic Coilovers. Not long after 18x9 5+12 Rota Torques were added to give the car that extra aggressive stance. Little extras such as clear crystal tail lights, carbon eye lids, boot lip and roof wing were added to create more character to the S15.

The nice purr is set off by the stainless split dump into 3” shotgun twin pipes that are angled nicely out past the bar.

The engine is standard with a front mount intercooler for better cooling and upped boost for extra fun. Mercedes hopes to move on to engine modifications next.

Overall, when I first saw this S15 Spec R, I fell in love. I had such a great privilege to spend a day out taking photos of it and catching up with Mercedes for Sushi!

SECRETMEAT - FIRST EDITION - PART TWO

Continuing on from yesterdays post of our Secretmeat meet...

Alex and Nelson happy about getting the cooking job! hahaha

Snags supplied for everybody to have a arvo feed... having a BBQ at the meet brings a completely different feel to it! Good to just chill out and talk with everyone.. but in the end its still a meet so back to the cars.....

Sun started going down so we decided to hit the road.. was a little disappointed that NO brissy guys rocked up, so pretty sure next one will be heading back down the coast way!

Drive there and back was so rad, some of the lowest built cars getting around and we pretty much owned the highway! haha

Thanks, Streetkarnage.

SECRETMEAT - FIRST EDITION - PART ONE

As you would have seen from Aerron's post, we had out Secretmeat meet on Sunday, June 17th... we keep these meets private to keep a chilled vibe with numbers small and the quality high!

Jackson's e36 has copped a long due freshen up with his whole front end getting some love.. all paint work was done by Flynn... he does awesome work and very well priced.. if your keen for some small work done you can email us!

Alex brought out the Golf that has just been recently finished, with a full makeover on the air system and rocking a set of FPV wheels in red!

Ty gave his B8 wagon a wash and come out for a drive... this car is ridiculous and the photos do not do it any justice! We will be working with Ty with some future plans for the SK7 so keep an eye out!!

The amount of looks we got heading up to the meet spot was insane, as you can see why!!

Finish this part off with some shots of the 7 that Troy got.. this is the first rolling shots of it so really diggin' them a lot!

More to come!

Thanks, Streetkarnage.
