2012 FEB DOWNSHIFT/JDMST MEET

We headed up to the Downshift / JDMST meet hosted by QLD Raceway this past weekend.

Strangely enough, this was the first NSX I've ever seen in person.

Although a subtle example, this 86 had my attention..

...and I've developed a real liking towards Mazda MX5's.

Over all, was a impressive turn out! Traditionally we'd return home very burnt and tired, but the afternoon offered a rare opportunity to enjoy QLD Raceway's vastness with good conditions and lighting.

To cater for a bit more excitement, they had a Gymkhana track set up and a rather good car park lay out. Didn't get any real good clips of the action, so I spent most of my time roaming the rows of cars.

NOV JDMST MEET

Well seeing as Zak has up and left the country, I figured I should try and pick up the slack.
November JDMST meet was held at Carseldine again. Always a good excuse to get out of the house and meet up with old and new faces.

I personally really liked how this Cefiro was pulled off. So low and with suttle touches that made it stand out to me. The fact that it had, what looked like Genuine Nissan, weather strips really made me fall for this one.

I couldn't get over the fitment this S2k had going on up the front, and something about diffusers gets my attention.

Now we know I do love my 4 doors. Another one of Rob's 33.


...and finally a couple of Scott's Hiace box. as requested.

AUGUST JDMST EOMM - PART THREE

Was good to see the Team Obscurty Racing / AusZoku chaps out at this meet.. I got pulled away and didn't get a chance to come say hey.. will make sure to next one!!! :)

last but not least.. Rob's new white R33 4 Door on white XT7s ... I think this one is his 4th car this year (haha) I'm not complaining, all of them have been rad... I just wish he owned them long enough so we got the chance to shoot them all (hahaha)  Hopefully a full shoot coming soon on this one!!

AUGUST JDMST EOMM - PART TWO

James' Mk4 Jetta, this was its first time out running his 19" Eurolines! 

Another favourite of mine.. the ride height on this 33 is insane... LOVE IT!!
